Today we were at Wheeler Farm for workout. We ran about two miles warm up around the farm, and then did intervals for the workout around a loop. I felt really good during the warm up, and during most of the workout, but towards the middle I got a really bad sideache. I tried to push through it though, and I think I did okay considering. For most of it I was pretty much on my own, but I ran with Maclean for the last set. That was nice for me since I don't usually run with anyone. After 3 sets of that, we did about two miles for cool down to finish at about 8 (I think...) |
