I thought this was a fun way to celebrate the 4th, because I usually don't do much. It was my first day back to XC and I could feel it. 1 mile warm up (I got there late), 5K race, and about 3 for cool down if I remember correctly. It was pretty hot, but I had fun. I threw up for the first time in a race though, which was a little downside. Otherwise, the race went well. It felt good to race again. |
