Today we ran at Cottonwood Complex, and did the interval running (forgot what it's called...). We did about 2 miles warm up, some strides, and ran the course for our workout. Then finished with a half mile cool down to even it out to 6 miles for the day. I tried to push myself during the workout, and felt pretty good about it at the end. I am not 100% back in shape (or as much as I'd like to be anyway) but I am getting faster. Hopefully it will happen before the season starts. |
