Today we ran at Liberty Park. I thought it was going to be mostly an easy day, but it turned out pretty tough. We did a lap for warm up, then four strides. After those I was pretty tired, but felt okay. Then we did four 800 meter repeats. Those were pretty difficult for me, probably because I've been at camp all week and haven't been able to run. I really tried to push through it though, and even though they weren't very fast I do think that it was good for me. By the last one, however, I was so tired and everything hurt so I took the mile cool down VERY slowly. It was a tough day but I think it was good for me. |
